All orders are shipped using temperature-controlled cold chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a premium, end-to-end tracked parcel service that aims for next-day delivery, including Saturdays. Occasionally items can take longer to arrive and can be around 2-3 business days. If your order has not arrived after 3 business days then please contact: orders@pepstore.co.uk and our customer support will assist.
All shipments include full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Postage and Packaging is a flat fee of £5.95 using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Postage is free on orders over £100.
All orders are shipped in unmarked, secure packaging with no indication of contents for your privacy.
