• Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays)

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for courier delays

Lost parcels will be refunded or replaced following investigation.
